Our shipping clients are investors and companies with ships or ship holdings organised through corporate structures or limited partnerships (ANS, DIS and KS). Limited partnerships involve structures with a number of underlying investors. We have clients that are liable for taxation according to the special shipping taxation regulations and others that have chosen to be standing outside this set of rules. The services rendered for our shipping clients are based upon financial accounting and reporting, public reporting, annual statutory accounts and tax returns as well as monitoring investments in other companies and accounting in foreign currencies; e.g. USD or EUR.
