FREQUENT REPORTING – CLOSE TO THE BOARD

This is a service we have established during the later years. Whenever the capital managers and market makers desire an independent partner to be in charge of the daily administration of private equity funds, we take on this task. We operate as CEO, manage the funds and execute the decisions made by the Board of Directors. We work close to the Board in the daily operations and have control with the reporting to the investors as well as supervision of the underlying investments and investor contact. Furthermore, we evaluate and follow up the various tax positions in the underlying investments; also relating to the investors. Our clients are organised through corporate structures and various limited partnerships. The investments are primarily made in other funds structures (fund-in-fund).
