Procurator was established in 1983 as a management company for the families and investors of RS Platou AS. Since then, management has been a core business for Procurator, and today we have a large number of investors and privately owned investment companies as our clients. These represent a full range of operations from relatively simple investment companies to complex company structures with a number of single purpose companies organised in holding structures. The investments comprise holdings in listed and unlisted securities, real estate, shipping and other related activities. Many of the companies originate from creativity and entrepreneur activities. They are often long established companies that have developed through several generations and the values are due for realization through stock exchange listing or sale. We have participated in these procedures with administrative, accounting and advisory services as well as the final implementation.
